Property management costs are very high but unfortunately too bad service! When it comes to disputes regarding parking spaces, the GWS sees itself as not responsible and wipes itself off against it! Stranger's cars from dealers (without license plates) are increasingly being parked in, among other things, disabled parking spaces - The property management was informed about this several times and there was no processing. At the expense of the residents (owners), a towing service had to be called in to free up visitor parking spaces and parking spaces for the disabled.
Update 28.06.21: I contacted the company. I am curious whether the topic can be treated positively.

As a property management company, GWS is one of the most expensive in Graz, but it feels like it is one of the worst.
Some experiences as an apartment owner with the GWS:
* hard to reach; You are largely ignored when it comes to concerns if it doesn't suit the GWS
* creative calculation of operating costs
* Very poor communication: The GWS does not believe it is necessary to break down in more detail where large parts of the reserves have disappeared within a year.

You can only communicate in writing, because with verbal agreements it can happen that you simply can't remember anything later. Employees there are friendly. The problem is that the prices are no longer normal. Our rent for the rent-to-own apartment rose from 760 to 1050 in one year. I understand that everything has become more expensive. But these are subsidized rental apartments. This apartment costs over 1300 euros with funding? For a normal 77m2 apartment. It's not worth it... The tenants now have to pay for the gws' misfinancing. Then what did we pay a deposit of over 30,000 for? You notice that more and more people are moving out or thinking about quitting their apartment. It is simply too expensive and I would advise everyone not to take an apartment.
